Paper Trail ("the app") at receipts.feetham.us is operated by Will Feetham ("the operator"). By signing in you agree to these terms.
The app reads photos of receipts with an AI service, stores the extracted details and the photo, and optionally copies each receipt into a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive.
You sign in with a Google account. A workspace belongs to the person who created it. Workspace owners and admins control who else can join and what they can see. You are responsible for who you invite.
Use the app only for receipts and expense records you are entitled to process. Do not upload content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, or that is unrelated to expense tracking. Each workspace has a monthly limit on AI scans; the operator may change limits at any time.
AI extraction makes mistakes. Review every receipt before relying on it. The app is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and the operator is not responsible for errors in extracted data or in any records you build from it.
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The operator may change, suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature, at any time. The operator may introduce paid plans in the future; you will never be charged without agreeing to a price first.
You can export your receipts as a CSV at any time, and a workspace owner can delete a workspace and everything in it. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is stored and where.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, which may be zero.
